MADE JUST FOR YOU!

Every item is printed to order, ensuring a unique and customized experience. Our current total fulfillment time frame is estimated at 3-5 days. This estimate considers factors such as stock availability, the current status of our production queue, and the speed at which USPS handles our shipments.

Starting from October 2023, we've made significant improvements to our printing process. As a result, the majority of orders are expected to reach your doorstep approximately one week after they are placed. Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate, and there may be variations of a few days earlier or later than our estimate.

It's important to note that the length of our production queue can fluctuate, especially during special circumstances like holidays, which may affect order processing times.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks transit time depending on your country's customs process. Please note that we are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that may be added when entering countries other than the USA. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR LATE PACKAGES

Baby Teith is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. Once the tracking information indicates "delivered” Baby Teith is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. Orders shipped with USPS Priority mail do have insurance.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Please double + triple check that all details are correct.

 

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away and we will do our best to change it before it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order! Sorry, we do not allow order cancellations due to our made to order model. Chances are your order is already in production and getting ready to head your way.

 

SALES / DISCOUNTS

Please make sure the code has applied before completing check out. Discounts, sales and promotions cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Baby Teith does not offer refunds, only store credit.


DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please report any damaged items within 5 days of receiving the item. To report a damaged item, please visit the RETURNS PORTAL. If you contact us 5 days after receiving a damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.



SIZING

Many of our styles will have a different fit. Individual sizing and measurements will be found in the description section of each design.



PRODUCT CARE

All of our products are machine washable on any cycle. To keep the prints looking fresh it is recommended to wash on a cold inside out on a delicate cycle and hang dry.



PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, and Baby Teith E-cards. We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.



AFTERPAY / SHOPPAY :

Afterpay and Shoppay have a minimum order requirement of $35. Once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement. You can find more info HERE.



PHOTOGRAPHY:

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. we do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.



PLEASE NOTE:

Baby Teith reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
